Training that starts with safety, then adapts to you
Fitness needs and ability levels vary widely for individuals with Down Syndrome, so STRENTOR doesn't start from a fixed program. Your coach builds a plan around your current strength, coordination, and goals, and adjusts it as you progress.
The Pathway Assessment includes the standard pre-exercise safety screening used across adaptive fitness programs for Down Syndrome — including atlantoaxial instability clearance and any cardiac history — so training starts from a safe baseline, not a guess.
Coaching is led by Aditya Mandan, a national-level para powerlifter, and delivered entirely online so you can train consistently from home.
Coached by Aditya Mandan, Founder of STRENTOR
